Psykiater Andrew Amos skriver:

“The central mystery of the transgender faith is that fear/hatred of your sex doesn’t involve mental illness.

As a psychiatrist, this is self-evident nonsense. If the desire to be castrated or have one’s healthy breasts amputated doesn’t involve mental illness, nothing does.

Any doctor who wants to affirm trans identities in children must be able to justify this by describing a theory of healthy human development that includes the desire for castration.

The fact there is no such theory proves affirming doctors are driven by faith, not reason.”
